Crushed coral > sand
Hey guys, finally getting rid of the old 40 gallon uniquarium. It's actually a tenacor simplicity plus but they're pretty much the same thing. It comes with the skimmer w/rio 600 pump, and an aquaclear 402 return pump.
The tank definitely needs a good scrubbing and has it's share of scratches.
The stand and canopy are in great shape. the canopy is vented for fans with 2 holes on either side, it comes with 2 4" fans.
I have about 30-40 lbs of figi live rock, well, not sure if it's live any more but that won't take long. I have a couple pieces that are around 5-10lbs and a bunch of 5lbs or less rocks.
Tank, stand, canopy, skimmer with pump, return pump and fans:
$200
Live rock: $1/pound for the smaller stuff and $2/pound for the bigger pieces. I can post some pics later of the rock.
This is what is looked like setup... for inspiration.
