Here it is! My brand new (but tested) 48" Aquactinics MH/T5 combo fixture is for sale.

I've hung the fixture and fired it a handful of times, but never more than an hour each time.

Fixture
Aquactinics MH/T5 Classic
Oil Rubbed Bronze
2x 175watt SE
2x 54watt T5

Comes with:
Hanging kit
All the hardware
No Lamps at $525, lamps extra!

Aquarium Specialty sells this for $550 + shipping, since it's so new I'm going to eat the shipping cost, plus some, and sell it for $525 firm without lamps. It also includes a hanging kit, which after shipping costs over $40.

If you'd like the Iwasaki 15K 175watt lamps they'll be $70 each. I got them at the same time the fixture came, so they're just as new. The T5's will be $25 each.

I'm selling the T5's for that much because I'd like to use them on my next fixture, and if I sold them with this fixture I will need to pay for new ones and shipping, thus the $25.

All prices firm, and I will not sell the bulbs without the fixture.

Pickup only, Albany, CA.

Thanks!

We've got a local member selling a gently used unit (same) for considerably less, just fyi, in case you don't get many hits on this.

thanks for the heads up. I'm local too and was a member last year, but realized that I wouldn't be able to make any of the meetings unfortunately =(

This isn't even gently used, it's brand new. I fired the lamps twice, took a few photos, and that's all.

Didn't mean to dump on your thread...

hehe it's ok... it was a little dumpy, you could've just PM'd me.

Wow Art, this is a great deal.

Pete, are you talking about Karls', if so, that is a 36".

Yeah, I was, so I stand completely and totally corrected, and I apologize for my post, but you got a free bump out of it again!

; )

Christmas time is here! You should get this and put it under your tree... or over the tree and watch the tree get covered in corraline.
