I hate to do this but I need to get serious with selling my home and it's going to just be easier to sell my tank than try and keep it, especially if have to rent for a while. So, my 48 gallon Landen 36"×18"×18" ultra low iron tank is for sale. I run full Zeovit so if someone takes the entire system and livestock, enough korallen-zucht products will go with it to keep it going for a few months. The system includes the tank ( with white overflow peninsula style ), Landen 17 gallon custom sump, Reef Octopus dc 3500 return (plumbed external), Vertex 1.5L zeovit reactor, Vertex omega 130, custom ato container, red oak stand, all corals, fish, and other livestock. This includes a copperband butterfly, hoeven's wrasse, chromis, lots of acropora , some stylos and miscellaneous sps. Also have korallen-zucht revolution s instead of omega if interested (extra $200). $1800 for everything. This does not include lights or powerheads but I do have a 36" Wavepoint t5 of interested. Will part out livestock first if no interest in zeovit system

Landen 48 gallon tank drilled paninsula style with white overflow- $300. Comes with handmade red oak stand for free. The stand doors might need some work. I'm thinking about painting everything white.
Landen 17 gallon tank made into sump with red baffles, drilled for external pump. $ 75
Custom low profile white ATO container - free with sump or tank
All hard plumbed with red and white pvc/ball valves- free with tank.
$350 for tank, stand, sump, plumbing, and ATO container.
The sump is plumbed to a reef octopus dc 3500 that I didn't want to sell, but if someone wants it I need $150 out of it. So the entire setup minus the skimmer for $500.
