FS - 48" Tek Light T5 HO fixture 4-54w

This fixture was purchased from ReefGeek.com and is in great condition. Black in color.

The reflector shows normal wear but was using it up to the day I sold my tank.

Paid $239.00 plus tax 4 years ago and I'm asking $125.00. Current price is over $250.00 plus tax.

Just a thought, that item is 4 years old! With 250, you get newer upgraded system with all NEW parts and NEW bulbs and WARRANTY!

If you want to rip my thread that's your right, but it would be better forum etiquette do it through a PM and not on a post where someone is trying to sell something, therefor hurting their ability to sell their item. By doing this you might HELP someone if they had not considered any point you felt they should have.

Yes, I considered all your points and that's how I arrived at $125.00 - it's used and at half price.

Considering that Reefgeek.com and Tek Lights are both quality operations I feel this is a fair price, if others don't then they won't buy it and I will adjust the price.

Plus, someone has an opportunity to have a nice fixture that should last many, many more years. If I didn't think it would last a long time, I wouldn't have purchased it to begin with. If I had not sold my tank, I would have been using it for many years to come. Just got tired of the hobby.

No big deal.

But yes, I had already considered your points before determining a price.

Tek fixtures are fine products. Should last several more years easily. Also, the 4x54 at ReefGeek is $253 without bulbs. With bulbs it's $321.

I can't help it....lol. it is a nice fixture don't get me wrong. Sorry im too blunt for ya. I bought used item off someone on here before half price off a new one and it died within 2 weeks. Just thought I would point it out...
