FS - 55 Gallon tank plus lighting, sand, rock, skim, etc.

I have a 55 gallon tank with stand (it was a custom built cabinet that you may or may not want).

~80lbs of live rock.
Metal halide 400w system (ballasts, 2x t5, LEDs, HQI)
Knockoff BakPak 2 protein skimmer
test kits
several hanging pumps (6 or so)
80 lbs of live sand
whatever else I have laying around

The tank needs cleaning, but shouldn't take much. No coralline algae, just dirt and dust. Has been sitting in a half tank of water for many months.

If interested, PM me. $300 for the whole lot. That's insanely cheap.

I have a 5 stage Optima from PurelyH20 that I'll sell for $150. I think it cost me close to $300. Filters are all new.

I really don't know what live rock is going for these days. What do you think is fair?

I'm new to this hobby I bought dry rock for 1 dollar per pound. Is the rock still live our dry? Ready to put in tank. If you give a fair price I can pick it up today anytime.

Oops - I had to change this....

The rock is wet and full of goodness. I need to charge more for it based on all the benefit you'll get. Live rock usually costs $3-$6 a pound, but I'll do it for $2 a pound. That's more that fair. Plus I'll throw in all my sand which has 7 years of reef use (same with rock).
