Tank is in great condition, stand needs some help, but will hold the tank just fine. Comes with 20 gallon sump, brand new CAD PLS-100 skimmer, and brand new quiet one 4000 pump and about 150 gallons worth of Kent reef salt. Tank holds water just fine, just not allowed to have in apartment Location - Close to Dobson and Guadalupe.

Since it seems i cant edit the first post, I decided to more or less part it out. Tank dimensions are 36"x18"x20" Stand is roughly 37x19.5x31.5
