FS 90 Gallon RR tank, Stand, Canopy, Lights

Well I am building a new house and will not have room for a tank for a year or so, and really dont want to store it, as I dont know how long it will truely be until I can set it up.....
90RR tank 3 years old
Furniture grade Stand and Canopy, same age
2x 150 MH and 2x96W PC in hood...Lamps all about 3 months
Sump with skimmer and external pump
115 LBS minimum or LR
Tank is up and running
Purple Tang
Orange spot Fox Face
Maroon Clown..with HUGE BTA
Normal Clown with 2 small RBTA have had this fish 8 years!!
Cleaner Wrasse, have had about a year
Royal Gramma
one I dont remember the name of....
And i will have to think of the rest, 1-2 more....
There is a couple tiny Leathers
Very nice FS with 9 or so heads
Small Hammer Coral...
I am sure there is more, but .... My mind is slippin....

I want to sell as whole package I have well over $4000 Invested
Will sell for the first $1300 for all.
The light system alone was $700, the Stand I had built by a guy in Wichita KS that makes Interiors for Personal Jets... It was about $800.... This is a STEAL for someone!!!
You will need absolutely nothing else.....

Hate to say it but the price may be what is lowering interest. Just as a point of reference, I paid $300 for my 120 with everything. I know my case was a fire sale kind of situation but great deals are out there as a reward for patience.

Good luck with the sale and free bump for a beautiful setup.
 
I am guessing yours was a dry set up with no live rock and fish and sump, external pump skimmer, custom tall stand and canopy 800 worth of lights....is it a RR tank??

I dont think say $1200 for this setup I have over $4000 in is a bad deal at all, its a steal for someone who wants to get into the hobby and have it all right away...
Just my opinion.....

You are absolutely right, it is a great deal. Unfortunately Ryan (ZLTFUL) is right. The awesome deals are there in this hobby because people need out now! It seems rare that I see a good deal like yours sell. The successful sales seem to be low low price or parting out. If you parted out you could probably get what you are asking but it is alot more work. It doesn't seem like anyone in this hobby gets started by buying everything at once, did you? We have illusions of doing this hobby on the cheap which is just not possible, we always spend more in the long run.

Ryan and I are really just trying to be helpful. We have seen this same situation many times before. Consider parting out it seems this works out for a bunch of people. JMO
 
Thanks for the advice, however I do not want to ship anything, and catching the fish would be a nightmare with the LR in there. So if anyone wants all the LR that would work for me, or if 2 or more want to gather and buy all the "wet" stuff that is cool....
then I would sell the rest parting out too, I just dont want to ship anything.

What many will do in this case is say the live stock and rock has to go first and no shipping. See you already have interest in the LR. I would recommend posting prices on LR and fish an then post prices on hardware after that. I think you will get a lot of interest then. I may be interested in some of the fish (i.e. Purple Tang) where are you located?
 
Are those pictures current? I don't see an anemone, not much in the way of corals or fish etc. just a thought, but I think some better pictures might help, as well as being able to part it out. Also, how about some brand names here?! What brand of tank is it? Skimmer, lights? Maybe if people knew you had top of the line items, they'd be more willing to show interest. It's always worth a shot to try and sell it as a whole set-up, but I don't think many people can afford a whole set-up.
 
Fawn, I think the large BTA is on the third picture bottom center on the side of the rock. There be a small nem in the upper right just above Nemo.

I'm also not seeing the 9 head FS - I did see the small BTA but at first glance it looks like a tank sporadically covered in shrooms.

Parting out would be the way to go if you have the time/patience in my opinion.

You should be able to get close to if not over your $1,200 if parted.
 
Mine was a wet setup and Ryan #1 and I went and tore the thing down. Granted, the livestock asnt as numerous as yours is but there were fish in there and live rock.

Joel is correct. I wasn't trying to insult you but about 85% of the time, unless it's a smoking deal, people end up parting out over selling complete setups because of lack of interest in a complete setup.
 
I would do $3 per LB on the LR about half what it goes for in the store, plus there is a lot of coraline algea on it, and shrooms if its a plus or minus I dunno.
The FS would be $30
Medium Small Hammer $20
The smaller Anem should go with the rock they are on as to not hurt the foot $55 each, they come with good sized rocks

I would like the rock to be clean. I don't want any softies in my tank. I can order LR online and get 45lbs free shipping for $3lb. If you have anything on the bottom of everything, with no softies on it let me know and I would go local instead.
