$15: 3 small zoa frags
($20 if you take all fish and all frags)

$20: two 65w power compact floodlights (6500k)
$15: penguin 1140 powerhead
$40: Jebo 180 II Skimmer with pump

Buy two pieces of hardware and i'll throw in a hydrometer and some salt.
