This skimmer works great but it's a bit undersized for my system so I'm upgrading. Here's a link if you need more info on the unit.

This skimmer comes with a Maxijet 1200, an injector cleaning brush and will be totally cleaned when it sells. It does not have the optional drain line for a waste collector. It is designed to be used as a Hang-On but I added a longer feed tube to use it in my sump.

Would also like to add that I drive to areas like El Segundo/LAX area, Northridge, Downtown LA pretty frequently so if the distance is an issue, we can make arrangements to meet halfway if those areas are more convenient.

Anyone know how this compares in quality and performance vs the CPR BakPak II? I currently have the CPR and it doesn't produce much skimmate. That said, my tank is not suffering, though I have low bioload.

what pump do you have on the bakpak?

A rio 600 is on the BakPak.

switch the rio for a maxijet 1200. it'll probably work alot better.
