I purchased a used aqueon proflex model 2 from a fellow reefer but I ended up not using it. See http://www.aqueonproducts.com/products/proflex-sump.htm & http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=23752.
I did some cleaning but more is probably needed. See picture.
Note:
1. it does not come with the inlet PVC, but it shouldn't be too hard to just run your inlet directly into the same area.
2. There's a very small chip on the side in the intake chamber above the waterline.
3. No lid and filter pads.
Looking to recover what I paid for it at 70$.
Pick up is in Mountain View.
