Well, had this guy for 3 weeks, and I caught him nipping at my Bali Tricolor He's already caught, so if anyone wants him, please let me know.

You'll have to come by today, or he's going to the LFS in the evening. I'd only recommend him if you have a FO reef with lots of LR. He eats algae sheets. $30

Sorry to hear that he started nipping your corals . Once we get the big tank up and running we are going to take the plunge and try to find a "good" angel.

Each one is different, so you have to take your chances. There's quite a few people that have well behaved Regals, so don't let it discourage you, Tom

Genicanthus angels are even a safer bet (which is what I wish I had started off with).

I have one of those Angels that I am likely going to trap out and bring to the swap. It is a model fish as far as corals and clams go, but it is getting to be a bit of a bully towards our smaller, more docile, fish. I can provide a picture if you want to include it in the swap raffle ?

man that's to bad that he start nipping on your coral. Mine been in the tank for close to 2 months and hasn't touch a coral. His buddy the 1" juv emporer was sent to the fish store a few days ago for nipping on all my sps.

Looks like you've got your fish about sold, mind if I ask what Genicanthus species you're keeping now? They are some of my favorites. I had a pair of watanabes for almost a year and lost the male due to my own stupidity... still have not forgiven myself. They are model citizens in my tank

I don't have any right now. I have this Red Sea fish theme in my tank, and would have liked to have a Male Zebra with a harem of 3 females. That's if I didn't already have a Sohal and Purple Tang

IMO an adult male + 3 females is far too much fish for a 110. Males usually start showing color around 6" long, and show up stateside even larger.

True. I guess even by themselves, it would still seem crowded.
