Well I've decided that this skimmer just won't be a good fit for my 45 cube and I'm going to go with something smaller. I opened the box just to check it out, it's never seen water, brand new. The price is $275 firm. I'll get a pic up tomorrow. Thanks.

Not to be a PIA, but i looked up the foot print. 9 X 12.. I know the way the pump situated it appears to be wider than the body of the skimmer. Can u tell me what the Skimmer body measures? The motor Im not concerned about, it will tuck into the sock area well of my Zeroedge sump. Thanks Paul

Ok the body is 6" and the flange at the bottom is about 7 1/16". At the widest point including the exit pipe its about 9". Let me know if you need anything else.

That 9" is including the pump intake? which by the BRS pics looks to be wider than the body/flange of the skimmer? I have 8 X 13. Thinking the pump intake will extend into the sock area.

Hey sorry took so long to get the measurements but I finally pulled the skimmer out of the box. You might be able to squeeze this skimmer into an 8 1/2" space but it will be very tight. I don't think it'll work for a space less than that.
