Bit late in finding this but yes, after some staff discussion we've decided to relax the 50/90 rule in the club forums. Though other rules for classifieds still apply including the one that mentions that if you wish to sell/trade you need to be active elsewhere on the forum (IOW, if we run a search of your posts and a majority of your posts over the past months or years are selling/trading - we're probably going to contact you and tell you take a break ).
