FS: Complete 110 tall setup

I've been out of the hobby for awhile and am moving out of the state next month, so it's time to sell my 110 setup. I would really like to sell this as a full setup to make things easier, but if I don't get any response I will consider parting it out. This is a tall tank (~30"), but I was able to a variety of corals, including some SPS near the top. Unfortunately I apparently never took a full tank shot when I had it completely set up, but I have some photos from different stages of tank growth. In addition to the items pictured below, I have ~30lbs of lace rock and a bunch of random aquarium things (plumbing, fuge light, etc) that I'll happily include. I'm asking $400 OBO for the whole setup.

Send me a pm if you're interested. I will go in order of when I receive the pms if necessary.

The tank is 48x18x~30

This is the tank on the stand that I built for it (included in the setup). This is before I had the refugium/overflow/halides. The stand is rock solid and could easily have doors added if you don't like looking at the plumbing.

The refugium is ~30 gallons (~36" long, fits easily in stand with pumps). I don't remember the name of this one, but it worked great both for keeping macros and running the skimmer.

Aqua C EV120 protein skimmer

Mag 9.5 for skimmer and 2x Koralia 4

2x 175W metal halide with aluminum reflectors. I have two home-made bent conduit hangers to support these. These fit into eye bolts on the back of the stand.

The ballast for the lights (I assume magnetic, but I don't recall).

The tank with these lights (pre-overflow).

Little Giant 3-MDQ-SC (1100GPH).

The remaining items:

Black acrylic overflow (1200GPH) with aqualifter pump. Worked well with the Little Giant pump when I closed one of the valves (on the overflow) part way. I never had any issues with algae in this, and as long as the aqualifter empties into the tank side of the overflow, I never had a spill when the power went out.

Overflow on the tank.

I have two mag rocks that made it a lot easier to keep some corals up near the lights. These held tight even with some small live rock glued to them.

I'd really like to sell this all together. I'll post an update if I decide to part out and include prices for everything. I'll use the timestamps on pm's to determine who let me know first.

I'm leaving the state next week and I need to get all my reef items out of my house, so I'm parting the tank out. I'm having a yard sale at my house tomorrow morning and I'd really like to have everything gone. I've put prices on items below, but I need to get rid of these so if you come by the sale I'll make sure that you get the item you want. Lowballs totally welcome!!! The items will be on a first come basis for the yard sale.

My address: 3916 South Juniper Street, Tempe 85282 (the sale should start around 7)

110 tall tank 48x32x18 and Homemade stand $75
Little giant 3-MDQ-SC $50
Mag 9.5 (free, didn't start but might just need to be cleaned)
2x 175 watt halide $50
~30 gallon refugium, plexiglass $50
~30lbs of lace rock free
Overflow $30
30 gallon tank $5
I have a giant bin of extras (carbon, test kits, pickling lime, PVC, several ballasts, etc...) free if you take the whole thing!

In addition to the items above, I have a complete 15 gallon hexagon currently set up. It's not in great shape, but it has a modern brain in it and is super low maintenance (I've kept it fish-free, as did the prior owner). I have a couple water containers that you can use to keep the current water for transporting. Asking $50, but I'll entertain most offers.
