FS: Complete 180 reef tank plus tons of equipment

This is a preview in hopes of gathering interest before making this officially available later in the month. I'm getting out (of California) and must sell my entire tank, livestock, and equipment. The tank is an in-wall 180 so I need to sell it in order to rebuild the wall prior to selling the house next year. This is a preview of the sale because I won't be available to begin showing the tank until after Dec 19. The tank is currently up and running and fully automated.

Here is the list.

• 180 gallon glass tank, eurobraced with low iron face. The tank is drilled for a silent fail-proof overflow, and also drilled for a closed loop on the back.
• 100 gallon acrylic sump/refugium
• LED driven algae scrubber
• Large ATB skimmer with upgraded DC controllable pump
• Glass frag tank with bottom drain pipe.
• Dart pump for CL, includes new impeller and seals
• 2x 60" LED strips, 2 18" LED strips
• 2x Kessil A360W Tuna Blue LED lights
• APEX controller w/ 3x EnergyBar8 outlets (24 outlets), recently replaced controller unit.
• APEX VDM and various probes
• Genesis Storm water change system
• Genesis Renew water top-off controller
• ATI Sunpower 24x4 T5 fixture (for frag tank)
• Kalk reactor
• Aquamax Media filter
• Laguna Maxflo 2400 return pump
• 4 Tunze Stream pumps (3x 6105 1x 6205)
• 3 Drews Dosing Pumps
• Bucket and box of salt
• Heaters
• Misc Brute drums, plumbing, various pumps and other misc parts.

There is no stand since this was an in-wall build, and therefore the structure will be demolished following the purchase.

Livestock includes:

• 1 large Naso Tang - 2 years old
• 1 purple tang - 3 years old
• Paired clowns - 7 years old, they spawn constantly
• Pajama Cardinal - 4 years old
• Green serpent star - 7 years old
• Orange serpent star - 5 years old
• Small bottlenose fish (unknown) - 7 years old
• 150+ lbs of liverock. It has been in the tank for 7 years
• A couple of very large zebra snails

All coral was previously sold so the tank is now only rock, fish, and tons of mushrooms... though there is a large Tyree white polyp toadstool.

This is an EVERYTHING MUST GO sale so I am pricing it at a fraction of what I could get by parting out. Buyer takes all for $2500.

I easily have over $7,500 invested in equipment and it is all functioning perfectly. Please do not ask to part out anything but if you have a group that would like to do so after everything is purchased and picked up then by all means go crazy. As mentioned buyer takes all and you will need to provide transportation and the manpower to move this tank.

For those who expressed interest I am willing to split up the equipment from the livestock, but that means the fish and rock must go first (obviously). Once I shut down the pumps I really don't want it sitting here stinking up the house like some LFS we all know (you know the ones) :lmao:

If splitting this up into livestock and equipment, it will be split as follows.

Livestock, including all fish, rock, sand, mushrooms, and anything else hiding: $500

Equipment including tank, sump/fuge, frag tank, lights, controllers, and everything listed before: $2100

For someone with the time and energy, buy it all and make a killing parting it all out. :thumbsup:

Just as a reminder, I am not parting anything out. The 3 options at this time are:

1. Buy All of the livestock
2. Buy ALL of the equipment
3. or buy Everything

If you only want one item (i.e. the tank or Apex) the easiest way is to buy all of the equipment, liquidate what you don't need, double your money in profit.
