FS: Corals..Time to thin it out again!

I would try to get a pink lemonade, grafted simplex, incredible hulk, there are some nice crayola's around. Really anything uncommon that "pops" would be nice.
 
I wanted to Thank Bob also, all the corals look great, and Bob is a great guy, thanks for going out of your way for me!! I am looking for a truck for you, that is if the deal with Billy falls through and he didnt trade you the truck for a few frags...lol

I am not going to do anything to my tank until after the 1st of the year, but after that I getting rid of it all....one way or another. People can have it or it is going in my CA reactor.

I got an idea Ed. You buy a bunch of corals that you are going to want in your new tank and put them in my tank now. I will give the frag back to you when you get your tank set up.

How does that sound?

I was checking these out an completely agree. I also think a bonsai would be cool, any monti caps with rare color and polyps, or damn near anything on Atlantis's website.
 
The pink lemonade is overated and NO ONE has managed to get the color that sniperSPS got.

$300 an inch for a green acro with pink polyps

Too Andy Warhol looking for my taste.
 
I just looked at the Atlantis website. I actually have a few of those corals:

It will probably be awhile. It is kind of a weird situation with that coral. I think it was given to me but I need to make sure.

Actually all of these corals are all pretty small and wont be fraggable for quite a while.

I think one of the things that makes acropora/monitpora so interesting is that it can take on a different color depending on your setup, if it's better than you hoped great, if not then research what is diff. between your tank and it's previous owner. The lemonade changed hands before snipersps and they had a nice color too. I also have seen a few pics of other private pieces and they look very nice.

I agree $300 for an inch is very pricey, but I know that you can get one for less.
 
It was ATL's "shade of fall" acro kind of a yellowish bronze colored body with kinda pink polyps. Decent but it wasn't one of ATL's markee corals. sniperSPS got it and it turned green with bright pink polyps. sniper got TOTM http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-03/totm/index.php ATL renamed it the pink lemonade and suddenly people are selling there first born for it.

Only almost no one get the pink lemonade to look like Hugo's

Anyway Bob that big pink and blue A. mille you sold me is growing like a weed and the ugly ducking you sold me ended up turning bright blue. Good stuff.

Do you still have the Becker tort Bob? I seem to remember that one look pretty cool.

Snipersps got his from tubs who got his from tyree. ATL changed their name so people know it's the same piece after exotic marketed it. The coral was originally kept under 10k and they think it gives it the yellow, A guy named Rob put it under 20k and it turned into the green.
 
I actually like the nasuta's RM has had online better than the pink lemonade. There are so many sweet pieces around.
