I bought this with a tank from Eric West, OMAS' old president. I have had it for about a year and it works fine. I can not speak of how old the set-up is. I changed sumps and no longer have room for this. Come with skimmer, pump, collection chamber and air chamber. I would like to get $250 for all.

Aquariums in Edmond has a similar model set-up. A similar set-up is necessary for maximum performance. I had it in-sump and it worked fine as well.
