FS: Everything!!

I'm selling everything. Here's the craigslist posting (instead of repeating it all here.)

We're moving and may end up buying the place, but won't decide for about six months. I don't want to break this tank down, move it, set it up only to break it down again that soon. Plus, if we decide to buy I'll be doing a completely different kind of setup anyway since it has a full, finished basement.

Please, someone take this off my hands.

That's kind of what's behind the decision. If we decide to stay the layout is such that I could have a somewhat larger tank (not huge, maybe 100g) with all of the equipment in the basement.

But that's a ways off ...

Current status:

All livestock is gone, now parting out:

Custom built tank/stand/sump. Solid oak stand with real raised panels. Doors open all three sides. Light hood opens on both sidesPlumbed with stockman overflow for the open loop, spray bar in center of tank for closed loop return. All drains/returns/electrical hidden behind baffle. Asking $850.00.

175w MH probe start ballast w/2 plugs, individual switches for each plug -- runs cool, sockets, reflectors, 2 175w XM 20000K bulbs: $225

Iwaki MD30RLT pump: $20
Mag 7 pump: $20

Ok, down to the last. Here's what's left:

did Rob @ pet connection (the old owner) make that stand and canopy? Your tank set up looks exactly like mine but a little smaller. Mine is 54x30x24 and set up like yours for 3 sided viewing and flat against the wall so everything is hidden. Nice set up and IMO the best reef tank is a 3 sided one

Good eye! That's exactly where I got it. Say what you want about how the shop was run, he's a good craftsman. I'm really happy with how the tank/stand turned out. The sump is also sized to fit EXACTLY between the supports.

Yep he knew his stuff. What are the demesions of this one, the CL add has been removed. If I had the dough I would by this and use it as a frag tank plumbed right into my system! I wish I would have put a door on the front of my stand!
