FS Frag Tank setup or part(s)

So I picked up a frag tank in October, with the thought I would have time to maintain it... Well we had a second child recently, and my time isn't anywhere near where I thought it would be.

Sadly, I need to part ways with this setup, focus on my 150G DT and cut frags and do things there. I have the space anyways. Here are the parts I still have.

- 40B tank (not drilled) - $40
- Eshopps overflow - $25
- 1x MP10 WEs - $75
- All necessary plumbing - Free
- 1x TLS reactor in box - $50
- Reef Octopus 160 skimmer with some mods - $100
- Heater - $25
- 10G Top off tank - $10
- Jaebo 4 unit dosing pump - $100
- JBJ Auto-Top off - $40
- 1x BoostLED 135W unit - $100
- Ocean Runner 2500 return pump - $50
- Stand - included with tank

I'd prefer selling it as a whole set, but will part out if there is interest. One of the big reasons I'm selling now is because of the time I don't seem to have anymore, but also my DT skimmer is going to need replacing soon. The funds from here will go to buy me a new skimmer..
