I have a coralife uv sterilizer 18w model #15601 for sale. It came with my setup I bought and I've been using it off and on the last 6 months or so. I was cleaning my sump out and just figured with the new tank around the corner, I'm parting ways with it. Fires up, lights up and doesn't leak. My silly self broke the brackets that mount it though when I took it out. They're 2.99 a piece online. I would use zipties (because I'm practical and cheap)
