I've got about 8-10 large (5-6" with multiple branches) frags of ORA German Blue Monitipora Digitata for sale. Most frags have 5-7 branches meaning there is aroiund 12" of coral or more per frag. I'm selling these frags for $25 each or trade for a coral frag of equal value. I also have some smaller frags (~3") that I will sell for $15. The larger frags are much nicer though, since you will basically be getting a mini-colony for $25. PM me or post here is your interested.

I don't have any pictures of the actual frags, since they were created by total accident last night. The larger frags are more than twice the size of the smaller though, making it well worth the money to get a larger one.

PM me and let me know when you would like to pick yours up. I would like the gone as soon as possible since they are taking up alot of room right now.

I'll take the largest and most branched piece that you have...put me down for that one ok? also your pm is full...
thanks...pm your info maybe so we can hook up to exchange

I'm just interested in hearing the story behind an accidental fragging that is so prolific that you can offer up that many big frags. I know it's easy to do, but did you smash up that entire beautiful colony?

My piece is in the tank and already has lots of PE and is looking nice. I probably should have met you somewhere else though, as I spent another $115 at the critter while we were there. I got a rio nano skimmer and some snails and 2 butterfly koi.

my piece is really BIG and looks great...PE is starting as well...I have it in higher flow and close to the lights so ...looks great!

Your not the only one I also spent an additional $130 bucks got a nice sized frag of white zoos probally 30 polyps(not bleached I saw these at 5th day as well), a deepwater acro frag , and a very nice chalice.
The digi is very nice polyps also already out on mine.

And some folks in the LFS buisness dare say the reef club "hurts" buisness!

Glad you sold the fraggs and glad AC got some buisness from your accidental fraggin!

Well the story behind the fragging was the following: I decided I needed to remove the pillar that this colony was setting on. So of course I had to try and unglue the colony. So I was prying on the base of the colony while trying to hold it, which should have been done with too people. Of course, it popped loose and I didn't have a good hold and fell to the bottom on the tank busting off nearly every large branch. My orifinal colony was more than a foot in diameter (it wouldn't even come close to fitting in a 5 gallon bucket), and now it probably 7" in diameter. I still have a nice peice, but I probably won't be fraggin on the colony again for another year or so.

Also, with regard to the frags, I believe all the large frags are spoken for (if everyone picks up what they said). I still have some of the smaller frags, so PM me if your interested.

7" isn't so bad... those suckers grow pretty quickly. Sorry to hear about it. The digis are rough because even a nudge will usually take of all but the thickest branches. At least you have homes for all of them.

Why were you taking out the pillar? Just re-aquascaping, or where you having a problem the pillar itself?

I just didn't have enough sandbed space in my tank. So I removed the pillar from my display and put it in my frag tank/QT. I hated to see it go because it was the perfect spot for this digi, but my zoas and rics were starting to grow on top of each other, so I just needed more space on the bottom. Now it looks like I'm not going to have much room for SPS growth...I knew I should have done a 180 and not a 120.LOL

Nah... if you move up through tanks too fast you won't always have a reef project to be doing... and that would be...

...really nice actually :)
