FS: Live Rock, Roseville

I've got a bunch of live rock that has been curing and being stored in a multi-brute system in my garage for 4 months, run with a skimmer, chiller, etc. Some of this rock was from another reef tank, and some was from marcorocks. I have approx 60+ lbs of coralline encrusted rock from another system, 50+ lbs of fiji rock and 25+ lbs of tonga shelf rock. The fiji and tonga came from marcorocks and was dry. All is now live, just not coralline encrusted yet. This is some beautiful rock that I don't really want to get rid of, but it won't fit in my 60g and my 250g will need to wait until we sell this house and get into another. I can't justify keeping the rock running in the system in the garage for that long.
I'm asking $3/lb for the coralline covered rock, and $2/lb for the marcorocks. I'll sell the whole lot for $275, which is a nice discount to the $330 total otherwise.
You really need to see this rock, even the marcorock. It will be truly good looking rock when covered in coralline.

I stopped by Jeremy's house today to check out his rock. To say he has some choice pieces of rock is an understatement. Most pieces are over 10 pounds and awesome shapes and quality. He had at least two pieces over 25 lbs each.
