FS Lumen Max 2 with bulbs and ballast

I have Sunlight Supply Bluewave Ballast 400w and 2 Lumen Max 2 with hamilton 14k bulbs lights are a year and a half old and the bulbs I got at the end of november asking for $425 they work great but I moved and had to down size the tank so I dont need 4 light any more
