FS Mantis Tank

I have a 20g glass tank with stand, remora skimmer, nova extreme 24" 4 bulb fixture, heater,live bearer house that holds cheato, and a k1.
Livestock...well a mantis shrimp lol
6 pounds of live rock, 3-4 inch sand bed, pvc mantis house

i dont want to give this up...gonna sell it as a package cause i just dont have time to take care of two tanks once i start full time which is this monday....$150 takes it all. if noone wants it ill just part it out....fixture and skimmer cost more than 150 alone....
