I know you sold them but I am considering purchasing a few for a 300 gallon fish tank. Hopefully in the future will add mushrooms, and polyps. Will these do the job? Try to not spend too much due to a divorce but have old power compacts that need to go. Appreciate any input.

Most certainly. The mars aqua are one of the better Chinese black box type leds.

The leds are cree leds. Also, you can connect each one together, leaving you only two plugs. One plug for whites and one for blues
