I have a RedSea 450 tank & wanted to mount the Gyre Vertical on the rear glass. That did not work out and moved the Gyre to the side glass. The flow was great, fish & corals were happy but cosmetically I did not like the look. I went for the Tunze. The Gyre does move water and works great but too big of a unit for my tank.
