Low-profile sump for easier access. (Compare to sumps that are 18" or taller and trying to gain access in a cabinet!).
Large Biological Tower (more than any other wet/dry manufacturer) with high-surface area bio-balls for super bacterial colonization
Air injection fittings into the bio-tower for super-oxygenation of bacteria (air pump not included), no one else offers this!
Filter chamber in sump for mechanical and/or chemical filtration.
Accessory shelf to hold Filter Cylinders (canisters) and electrodes.
Bulkhead fittings for main pump, skimmer pump, skimmer return, and reverse osmosis or doser, and a Calcium Reactor..
1/4 thick acrylic construction, reinforced where needed to minimize or prevent warping.

If the 55 wasnt a tall you'd prob sell it faster also id go $75-$100
The sump is cool but maybe a $75-$100 i'd call fair on that
The home made sump......give that away or maybe $10
The Ocean Clear's are rarely used on reef systems so that might be half your issue but $30-$40 seems fair
MH Lights dont know what to tell ya I see the pics and all i see is a mess of rewiring and ballasts that have seen better days.

The light is a T12 dual bulb, pump is a quiet one dont remember the size.

I wasnt doubting their worth or value just saying youve had 400+ hits in alittle over a week and not a soul asking anything. Dont forget you asked :uhoh2:
Just my view on it personally id buy the sump if i had some form of use for it as you said that is a killer deal and it looks brand new. As for the 55 gallon i didnt see the light and sump and all comes with it so I take back what i said

aside from a skimmer, and a refugium what does the life reef system you are selling need in order to provide perfect filtration for a saltwater reef tank with corals and fish?

Bonded filter pad, pour in the new bio balls (included) or live rock. external pump, and what ever filter media you desire for the built in reactors.

Ok, reason being is that I am new to the hobby and not entirely sure as to what i need, i was recommended by the owner of life reef to buy the clf1 with a refugium for my setup here- http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2223021

And trying to find a cheaper way buy hopefully purchasing a used system or partial system.....

what do you think?
