Green Long Tentacle Anenome - $20 or make me an offer. It's a big one - probably 12" in diameter when fully opened. Very healthy.

If you have been a active MARS member - then you can have it for free or trade for some corals (SPS - orange digitata, orange cap, etc..).

Prefer that you pick it up ASAP since it's sitting in a little container. I will be out in Elk Grove around 5:30ish, so I can also meet you either at O Street or at Exotic.

Hmmm.... Brute force. Pulled out all the sand. Pulled out the rock. He was stuck to the bottom glass, but I was able to get him off. :D

I also got the RBTA out and was debating on getting rid of it. But Stacy and the girls love it, so I decided to put it back in. Some day I will regret that decision.

How hard are the LTA to take care of......do they move alot .....I would take em if he does not require much but regualr water conditions and metal halides....I have a big marron clown that is way bigger than the small white carpet anemone i have and well perhaps giving a LTA this big might be more suitable....

Well, I had in my 120G with 2x250 watt MH. When I first put him in, he stayed put for a week. Then he moved once after that, and stayed there until I took him out. The area he was in is a relatively moderate flow.

As far as maintenance - I don't know how they compare to BTA. However, I can tell you that he's been through quite a bit including a spike of my alk to 16 DKH. I rarely feed him because I did not want it to split on me. I personally think he's pretty hardy.

If you want to talk, PM me your phone number and I will give you a call. I will be in North Elk Grove area (actually - I think it's technically still Sacramento). It's close to Consumnes Community College.

hey thanks minh.....great specimen.....

ohh thanks for the exta small pieces of frags......

Right now the LTA seems to be sticking his foot to the glass bottom in my tank....I looked under my stand and saw it kissing the glass....Not yet expanded....But i will keep you updated on his progression....Thanks again....Happy Mother's Day....

Well, I didn't realize that "someday" would be so soon. I couldn't find the RBTA this morning. No big deal I though. Then when I came home, my closed loop system because a chop suey machine. I guess no more RBTA until I fix that closed loop system. I didn't realize an RBTA can squeeze through a 1/8" slot.

at least it didn't clog you tubing and flood your tank like my turbo snail did today :(. I hope you ammonia levels aren't going up because of the dead anemone.
