FS rest of 90; getting out of hobby

So I'm getting out of the hobby. I have sold off most all of my equipment so far, but retained enough for a simple FOWLR. My girl convinced me to keep up a FOWLR tank despite the fact we are moving and only going to be at our place for 10 mos. However after trying to move the 90 with me and my girl at the end of a miserable 48 hour move I realize I no longer have the energy or resources to keep up the hobby as I like. If you've never been at this point in the hobby I can tell you it feels real lousy. I never thought of tank work as 'work' it was always a labor of love, but my finances and time just don't allow it, so I'm selling off the rest of my stuff.

Since I don't move into my new place until Oct. 1 I am living primarily at my gf's house in lakeland, so all stuff must be picked up from lakeland. I will be going to Gainesville tomorow morning so anything that isn't too heavy I can bring up there. The following is for sale.

Poseidon T-3 or 4? $80. Currently holding for Greg
AGA RR corner over flow 90. $150
Custom Stand for 90 w/o center brace so you have full access. Super sturdy and built. $50
Two bagger big sump. Thick Acrylic $75
Three gallon Buckets of Live Rock $45 each
A new set of 48" VHO lights, bought from john less than 2 mos. ago, never hooked up. $50.
Euro Reef 8-2 with everything works great. $220.

God just writing this post gave me a knot in the stomach.
 
One thing to add. I am selling this stuff out of my girlfriend's parents garage. Where we are currently staying until our house in Gainesville is ready. So out of respect for them and their house I wish to keep traffic of strangers as low as possible. So for portable stuff I would rather meet people out, Its near Florida Ave And Polk County Parkway. For the heavier stuff, I request that people coming to look at it, if they plan on buying it pick up at that time. So if the price interests you, I ask you to come with the means to pay and transport the stuff.

Preference will be giving to buyers who wish to get multiple items.

And at the present time it is my wish to sell the tank WITH the stand at the least, and hopefully the sump. I will sell sump seperately, but at this moment tank and stand go together.

All sales will be made to the first person capable of tender. I will no longer hold or plan where I'm going to be around prospective buyers.

Today at around noon I'm leaving for Gainesville likely until around Tuesday. Anyone interested in anything in the Lakeland\Tampa area try to get ahold of me before noon.

I will likely throw the portable stuff (everything other than the tank\stand & rock) in the back of my truck and will have it with my in Gainesville. So if there are any Gainesville\Ocala\Alachua kids pokinig around on here who are interested hit me up at that number.

Leavinig lakeland for gainesville permanently either late Thursday or early Friday. Actually got some cash on me now so things not sold in lakeland at the listed price by then I'm just going to take up to Gainesville and list them up there until I find a buyer.
 
pixies...where is my mind ....off the album surfer rosa and the fight club sound track....so like that should be worth 10 dollars
 
Prices are priced to sell. And I'm not under any financial pressure like when I was moving so yes I am sticking with the prices. The tank is about four years old.

and btw, I currently Hold a Juris Doctrate, which is a little different than some English or philosphy major who calls themselves prelaw.
