Sweet man, traveling is the best thing for the mind body and soul. I did alot of traveling last year so I am grounded till next year, but have that itch. Where you heading?

My goal is to fly to Belize in June then travel Central America for a couple months taking my time to get to Costa Rica and then staying there for 3-6 months and then down to South America then I'm undecided on whether to go East to Afirca (stopping in the Maldives if I can swing it) or go West to New Zealand (stopping in French Polynesia if I can swing that as well) then wherever I may roam.. I'm selling everything I own. Giving up my Dog, my 3 Cats and a job and friends I love.. It's not going to be cheap.

Never easy, if your heading to south America go hike the Inca trail in Peru and catch sunrise over machu pichu, trust me worth it. Also hike up huanu pichu overlooking machu for a crazy view. Costa is always nice but go see some non tourist areas the Caribbean coast is pretty crazy as is the southern Pacific coast. If you head West try and hit Taiwan. Food and people are really cool, Taipei makes NYC look small, head to the southern tip and go see all the rare zoas in the wild. My sister is also a traveler and her favorite place on earth is Laos, so I am headed there next year after a return to Taiwan to visit with my wifes family.
Traveling is expensive, it will make you broke but to experience the world and cultures makes you rich.

I'll basically be volunteering everywhere I go for room and board and maybe teaching english or bartending on the side for money. Also hopefully selling photos from my trip.
