FS: Sunburst Anthias

Sunburst Anthias is healthy and eats mysis and brine shrimp. It swims in the open majority of time and not afraid of me.
This is perhaps the only type of anthias you can get away with keeping in a 30g nano. If there are persistent bullies in your tank then this fish is not a good idea as it is a super friendly and timid fish
Price is 60 and location is in Long Beach.

^^^ what he said. I feed only once a day and its perfectly fine. I read someone fed once a week and their sunburst was ok.

I have gotten several pm's for trades but the only reason I am selling him is because I'm getting out of hobby.

Cool looking fish. liveaquaria.com does not seem to agree with 30 gallon tank size however. Any glws.
I disagree with LA on this one. Sunburst are not a schooling anthias and just hang out in caves or under overhangs for the most part. They are not active swimmers. I had one in a 60 and pretty much stayed in the same place.

if live aquaria is right then mine would have been dead by now being confined in a tank almost 3 times smaller than the recommended tank size. I'm basing off of real experience not recommendations. I have had schooling bartletts anthias in a 50 before and as it got more crowded with corals the anthias got stressed and just died, so i understand how you could take their advice but it should be with a grain of salt as not all species stress as easily as others
