We need some room in my frag tank, and have some pieces for sale. Some new additions have been made to the frag tank, as a result of our big tank move, and the other frags are just growing too fast. (I’m told that’s actually a GOOD problem to have.) I’m going to run out of room before the next ORCA frag event…..
All of these corals have been in our tanks for at least a year, and are very hardy and stable. All are mounted and ready to go. You must pick up locally, no shipping. We’re in the Ocoee area (west side of Orlando). PM us if you’d like to stop by and pick out some of these corals for your tank. While you’re here, you can check out the few other assorted frags we have available for sale.
Prices vary a lot, depending upon the particular type of coral and the size. We can find a coral and size to meet any budget. Some corals start around $20.
Most of these encrusting corals are approximately ½†around:
Original Superman Montipora for sale. Prices start at $40 for the smallest, and up from there depending upon size. Most are around 1/2". This is a beautiful coral, blue background with red polyps, and grows relatively fast. It is an encrusting montipora.
Confucious Montipora. Most pieces are around ½â€Â. They are yellow (like a banana yellow) with light brown polyps. The frags get purple around the edges when placed in strong light. Their grown pattern is really cool, they puff up like a high hat in the center, then spread out. Another nice encrusting montipora. Prices will be around $30 for these.
Green Pavona Cactus. This is a bright green encrusting coral. It looks fuzzy, almost like velvet. Color is green â€"œ bright green. Most pieces are at least ½†with some that are quite a bit bigger. These will be around $30.
Green Appleberry â€"œ these are the color of a bright green apple, guess that’s where the name came from. Encrusting montipora with green polyps. They are a very pretty green color, similar to the green pavona cactus in color, but with a very different texture.
