So long as it is teeny small.... its a male.

Mine doesn't have the awesome coloring that I was expecting for a male, and she has the dorsal (?) spot. They don't switch like other wrasses do they? She's not little, but she is a true piglet and will even take frozen food out of my triggers mouth. LOL
