replied - the maxijets come with a ton of little nick nacks - most of which I no longer have. I use this for things like reactors, ATO etc. for a power head I would recommend the koralias - night and day better.

no idea. I bought them used and used them for two years. Personally I have no worries for age on the ballasts - they have been well cared for and are on a power filter to clean up incoming power. Should provide years of happy service - and the price on the entire light setup is fantastic
