Tricked out Neptune AC Jr. for sale, $250
Includes:
AC Jr. with power supply
DC8 with connector cable
Ph Probe
Temp Probe
Ground Serial Isolator
USB to Serial adapter with driver disk
Mindin 8 cable
Float switch

Basically this is the entire system to give you 8 controllable outlets(you can expand up to 12), built in top off, and internet access when connected to a computer(I used Windows XP with no problem....I'm not sure about Vista or 7). A third party program (ACSerial 2 Web) is required for internet access, which I made full use of....pic is from my Iphone but any internet browser can access it.

I'm 5 minutes from ARC in Cheektowaga and can bring it to the swap.
Thanks,
Dave

That looks like a hot set up. I realize that it was bought in pieces, but what would that cost new? BTW Isn't the ph a little low?

As far as how much to put together new.....

Ac Jr. and DC8 $225
Ph Probe $45
Ground Serial Isolator $44.95
Serial Cable $16.95
Serial to USB Cable $10
Reef Fanatic Float Switch $20
Total in the $360 range to put together

I could be persuaded to seperate the "tricked out part", basically the cables and float switch, so that you could upgrade an existing AC Jr.
PM sent block head.

Sale pending...... I'm pretty sure I PM'd everyone back.
A couple of pics on how to connect the Float Switch to the Serial Cable:

You basically have to cut the mindin cable in half... find pin1 and pin2 with a continuity meter and then splice the 2 float switch wires to them.... then tape it all back up!

Thanks,

A 'max change' statement in the ACjr programming logic could be VERY useful with that float vale. Interesting...

Good job on the DIY.

yes it sold and i own it. I still have not used any of the computer components because i own a mac. Never even thought about my mac when i got it.

Let me know if anyone is interested in the computer cables and float switch, i do not think i can do anything with it.
