Are these the included items with that package?

1 - EnergyBar 8 Power Strip
1 - Temperature Probe
1 - LAB Grade pH Probe
Also, I assume the warranty would cease for the new purchaser since it is "used"... Do you have a receipt from original purchase that can go with it in the event it should have any issues during its normal warranty period?

All of that stuff is in there plus the rest of what's normally in the complete kit, CD, stickers, cables, mounting stuff, etc. I am not sure I have the original receipt but I might be able to get it reprinted. I'll dig around for it. The warranty is important as I've had two issues with my older Apex in the past that required manufacture servicing. One was in warranty while the other wasn't.

If you part out Brandon, I can use the PH probe.
Doubt I'll part it but I'll keep you in mind Robert. It's so new the anti-scratch screen protectors were never removed...
I just noticed I also have an unused Neptune WXM module (old stickers) to control Vortech pumps wirelessly. It's about two years old. I'll throw it in to sweeten the deal. I may even have a spare MP40WES as a match to the WXM for $150 with the Apex. It does have a small crack in the pump cage but is very functional.
