I have for sale an used Vortech MP40W Gen2 . I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast and my new tank is only 58g so I dont need 3 pumps. The wet side has a little bit of dead coralline on the grill, everything else is pretty clean.

whats the url for TFP??

Ganjero, when you ran your MP40 what size tank was it on? Was it noisy or pretty much silent? I bought 1 on Friday and it was dead silent for 12 hours. Come 630 am saturday morning it has had a whining noise constantly. DRIVES ME UP A FLIPPIN WALL!!

They need to be aligned perfectly or they will make noise

They are aligned. I have moved the pump up and down one side of the tank to no avail. Its the pump making the noise nothing else. I can take it off the tank, turn it on and it still makes noise.

I think lighting systems are now only 15% off w/this coupon, but you can get 30% off pretty much anything else. Anyway you can expect one of these 30% off coupons about once a month to your mailbox on their flyer, each is only good one one item (not your entire order), and I think you have to use it midweek or something. But time your purchases right by spreading them out, and you can save a LOT of money with these.

Correct, glass tanks are usually not included with any discounts. TFP exceptions for tank discounts would be the Anniversary (spring) and Customer Appreciation (fall) sales.
