I'm in the process of re-decorating our show tank (the one in the living room for those of you who have been to our place) and have a few pieces of live rock with really nice mushroom colonies. All of the rock has been in the tank for 7+ years, which has never been medicated. The rock has excellent coralline coverage under the mushrooms and would make nice cover pieces (not base rock).
Most of the pieces are 1 - 2x softball size and have 6 - 10 mushrooms in the 3 - 6" diameter range. I also have one piece with an XXL green hairy mushroom that was 6+" in diameter but just split into 2 1" mushrooms plus a third that is 4"+. Finally, if anyone is looking for an XXL rock piece that could be used as a bridge piece or vertical shelf, I have a (approx) 20 - 24" long x 12" wide by 4 - 6" thick piece that is doweled internally (for support). This piece has two large colonies of mushrooms (each colony is 10 - 15 mushrooms of 3-6" diameter) on either end of the piece.
Asking $25 each for the colony rocks, $20 for the single XXL mushroom with 2 splits, and $90 for the large shelf piece (likely 20-30# in size). If interested please shoot me a PM with your email and I can send recent photos of the above pieces.
Thanks!
