Fuge Inhabitants?

So I have part of my sump as a refugium containing different macros (no Chaeto) and some mangroves. Currently there is a brittle star and a peppermint shrimp in case any aptaisia pop up. What other inhabitants would be good? I know there are a lot of nutrients and detrious in there, so I would like to have some things to keep it in check. It is about 10 gallons.

Other than a siphon, I don't know of any creature that might make that pile of detritus disappear. Adding something that poops is not really the best way to go about this IMO. GL though.
