fuge kelvin?

What's the best overall fuge K? I am not too sure what the Kelvin on the 18w Jalli light is, so I was asking, the best "general" kelvin for all types of macro..

I'm using Panasonic GENIV self ballasted (i.e. they screw into an incandescent socket) 5000K lights on my HOB refugium - the ball of chaeto that was the size of a tennis ball 3 weeks ago is now the size of a softball. I like them, the hoods are cheep (cut down 2 incandesent hood for a 10g tank ($12) and the bulbs are relatively inexpensive (down to $10, last year they were $14).

FWIW, I have a 400 watt 4000k metal halide over my sump, which is quite large, and the chaeto grows very quickly. Since I put the lower kelvin bulb on there, the skimmer has failed to really produce any skimmate. I hope this is a good sign!
