Fuge LED bulb choice for regular socket

I currently have this in a clamping gooseneck type holder over my fuge growing cheato. Though it's been working for roughly a year now, I'm not real impressed with the growth I've had (never had to trim it back once in a year) nor the color of the cheato (went in dark green and is now pretty light green).

I have searched and found some people using this CFL bulb. Opinions on a new LED bulb?

It would be about twice as powerful as the bulb your currently using.
