Fuge Lighting?

I'm in the process of setting up my sump/fuge, and I was wondering what lighting I should put down there. I plan to put live rock and chaeto down there. I have an extra 2 bulb 24w T5HO, but I wasn't sure if this would be a bit of overkill. I've seen pictures where people just have regular lamps down there (dont know about the bulbs, just saw it in a few pics).

Anyone got a suggestion? Or will the T5HO that I have do the trick? Thanks.

You can just get one of those reptile heat lamps that are cheap and ugly.

A 100 watt 6500k spiral bulb in one of those aluminum clip on shop lamps is all it needs. Less than $10 and your set. I painted the outside of the shop lamp black to blend with the other stuff in my sump.
