Just felt like giving the auto focus a workout on the new lens. Not too bad, but with only 10" of tank height, theres little room to work with.

Nikon D300 with a Nikkor 105mm Macro lens.

Your images look great- what kind of wrasse is the golden one? and are you using a flash for the fish shots?

Its a yellow coris wrasse. Its in the middle of getting its full adult colors. orange and green coming into the face.

I used a SB-800 flash mounted on a tripod off to the side, fired remotely.
