fungia dying

i have an orange fungia. at night it deflates and doesnt look good. by morning its deflated and i see some of its flesh is not on its skeleton. by a few hors later its inflated and looking good. it seems to be getting worse each morning, losing more flesh each morning but its very little each day.

I have the fungia on the bottom of my tank in sitting on the sand under 4 T5HO 1 purple 2 aquablue special and one actinic.

I feed mysis in the tank regualrly but havent fed the fungia a silverside personally in a week or so. I thought it would have been fine catching a couple mysis for now. Maybe its not being fed enough?
