Fungus on zoos?

Lately, some of my colonies of zoos have been shriveling up, peeling off and dying off. I am in wonder to what was causing this. After this picture was taken, I noticed an unusual color on the zoos and I suspect its some type of fungus growing on it, killing it off. Can anyone assist me on figuring if I have fungus or not on my zoos?

The white spots? Is that what your looking at? Zoo pox. Looks like algea is on them as well.

Those are not white spots, its just the rock.
