Funny clownfish

I have 2 false percs and 1 yellow tail damsel. One of the clowns and the damsel are doing excellent, very active and eating well. I've had the clowns for about 1 1/2 weeks now. The second clown is always hiding. It was coming out to eat but stopped doing that about 2 days ago. Physically it looks good besides a rip in it's tail fin. Color is bright and there are no spots or marks on it. Any ideas?

Just make sure your water quality is ok and keep an eye on the little guy. false percs are remarkably hardy, just give him a little time.

Is the hiding one slightly smaller by any chance? I'm only going from my own experience here but when I introduced my 2nd clown the poor thing was badgered by the bigger female constantly. His tail fin was quite torn up for a while, presumably from her nipping at him. It healed in time, but she still picks on him and makes him sit in the corner. Hopefully it's nothing more serious than him losing the dominace struggle.

I would probably get rid of the damsel if it was me. They are fairly agressive. How big is your tank?

The clowns are both about the same size and were added at the same time. I had been wondering about the damsel but I've honestly never seen him/her go after the hiding clown, it always goes after the active clown (who doesn't put up with it). Hopefully he's just being shy.
