So as many of you know I sell a few frags on here and CL to fund the money pit of a tank that's sitting in my kitchen. I get a real chuckle out of some messages people send me about my frags. Just thought I would share some


" you wanna trade that bird of paradise frag for some really cool coral I got called pulsing xenia "

" would you take rolls of nickles for payment "

" would you trade for some old emerald bay gift cards, don't know how much is left on them "

What really annoys me is when someone tells me they will come pick it up Saturday morning and then never shows up. I had that happen a couple of times a few years ago. If you aren't going to come, just let me know so I don't wait around all day for you. :rolleye1:

I just had that happen two days ago. I had a guy blow my phone up with text messages for a week straight and then no show. When I texted him he said my price was too high. I was asking $60 bucks for a a little larger than baseballl size neon green tyree toadstool that I paid $45 for when it was a half dollar size frag. And this was after I lowered the price from 100 to 60 just to sell it quickly. I should just frag it out into 12 pieces and sell them for 10 bucks a pop.

And yes vandy I have people ask me that all the time. Either rivergate or nashville, its like there is an invisible line they wont cross.

Don't get me wrong, I have met people many times for transactions. But usually I'm already headed that way or I'm going to critter for something. And its different if the people are coming from the boro or spring hill. Its the people that live in west nashville that don't want to drive another 10 mins that kill me. LOL
