People seriously need to find something productive to do with their time.

When any fish span/mate/propagate in nature, there is natural selection of survivors. If SF city board can prove that fish in the hobby end up with more dead fish than found in nature(by neglect or otherwise) I could understand. However I feel without any studies its pretty clear the "loss" is negligible in the hobby as it stands.. Complete waste of taxpayers time and money IMO.
