Fuzz balls!

I am getting on my rocks, what can only be described as little white fuzz balls. I wish I could take a picture but you would agree that these look like little white fuzz balls if youve ever seen them. They are just randomly spread out on this one rock. Any ideas??

i kinda have that too, under my GSP rock, its kinda yellow ish

its a scypha sponge
