Fuzzy dwarf lionfish

Quick question, I have been doing a bunch of reading and still can't find the exact answer I'm looking for.

I got stuck with a 3" dwarf fuzzy lionfish. I know I'm taking a chance putting it in my mixed reef tank, but lucky for me all my fish are big enough not to be eaten for now until I find it a forever home.

My tank is primarily a SPS mixed reef tank, so I have a good amount of flow.

72g tank with a mag 9.5 return that splits into a Y and 2 jeabo RW8's running at about 1/3 it's power(these are some strong pumps).

Question is, I think my tank might have too much flow for the lionfish. Any info on this would be great as I would prefer not to kill this fish because I have too much flow in my tank. It has seemed to find a spot in my tank with not too much flow on the substrate and I do have a good amount of live rock with plenty of hiding spots. It did however seem to get blown around a bit when first put into the tank. Hence the reason I am asking. I'm not sure if he just needed to get used to the tank or if it is just too much flow for him.

I have only had 1 lionfish in the past and got rid of him shortly after I got him. Bad first experience many years ago. So I don't know too much about lionfish besides what I have read online, been told by friends and seen in person. Any extra help would be grateful.

Well honestly in my opinion with what you wrote in the OP it all points to not keeping it. Why is it that it's not an option?
I don't see any other option accept getting it a tank of it's own, or a new tank more to it's liking and one where it won't cause problems with tank mates.

I've been keeping lions and other scorps for years, and honestly unless your tank's a total roiling maelstrom where your lion just gets blown about helplessly whenever he comes out of the rocks, he'll be fine.
